How to redeem: Please present this eGift Voucher or the printed copy of your email at any of the Mall of Qatar Customer Service Desk, before the Expiry date indicated on the email, to exchange it for a Mall of Qatar Physical Gift Card.

1. The full value of the voucher can be utilized once in a single transaction only. No refund for any outstanding amount will be provided if the total value is not utilized.
2. This eGift Voucher is only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
3. This eGift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or store credit
4. This eGift Voucher may not be used to buy other cards or combined with any other offers unless approved by merchant
5. Neither the issuer nor vendor is responsible for any lost, destroyed or stolen eGift Vouchers or use without your permission. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Voucher, contact Customer Support immediately
6. eGift Voucher terms and conditions are subject to change. The latest terms are as seen here for this eGift Voucher at the time of redemption
7. eGift Voucher will be sent within 24 hours to the email you have provided
8. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges for any issued eGift Voucher
9. If the eGift Voucher is not received, please contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number or provide your email address. We are not responsible for eGift Voucher that is undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient at the time of redemption
